Coach Will Compton is currently the Offensive Coordinator at Oak Ridge HS in Conroe, TX. He has enjoyed a successful coaching career, both on and off the field. He is a recipient of a FCA Coach of the Year-Character award.

He is married and they have 2 sons. He is a solid man of God, with an infectious passion for making HIM known!
