Willie Spears is an author, speaker, Athletic Director, and Head Football Coach at Bullock County High School in Union Springs, AL.

Originally from Panama City, Florida, he graduated from Rutherford High School in 1996. He then attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University where he was a starting receiver for the NWOSU Rangers, winners of the 1999 NAIA National Championship, prior to earning his BA in communications. He also holds a Master’s in Education from Troy University.

He is married to Tanika and they have two children Tayelor and Kenneth.
