Vernon Fox III was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. He played college football at Fresno State University. After going undrafted in 2002, he signed as an Undrafted Free Agent with the San Diego Chargers. He retired after 8 years in the NFL. He spent 7 years as a High School Football Coach, where he won a State Championship. Vernon is now a speaker, preacher, and working on his 1st book.

He is married and they have 2 kids.
