All In Process
Character, a noun, is defined as “the mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual.”
We live in a society that, at times, undervalues personal growth while prioritizing immediate success/gratification. There are many positive life skills taught through academics, athletics and extracurricular activities such as healthy competition, hard work, the pain of loss, and the joy of victory. Even so, we believe there is a need to continually grow as individuals both on and off the field.
Proverbs 27:19 says, “As in water face reflects face, so the heart of man reflects the man.”
The All In Process is a framework which provides Coaches with the necessary tools to create a successful character development program, while teaching five Core Principles. The core principles are:
Accountability | Leadership | Love | Integrity | Nourishment
The ALL IN PROCESS exists to empower the next generation of leaders to create consistent behaviors through culture building and character development.
