Tommy Poynter, born and raised in Irving, TX, is currently the Offensive Coordinator at Denton High School in Denton, TX. He has coached at both the college and high school levels. Tommy played college football at SMU. He is very active in FCA, as well.

He is married to Emily and they have 2 kids.
