Matt Harbin grew up in Spring, TX. After graduating from Texas Tech University, he began his coaching journey. He is now the Head Baseball Coach at Little Elm High School in Little Elm, TX (Dallas area).

He is married and has young sons (ages 1 and 3). He is a solid man of faith and has a powerful testimony.
