Jaxon Shipley grew up the son of a Texas High School Football Coach, so he was around the game from birth. He grew up idolizing his older brother, Jordan, who went on to have a record-breaking career as a WR at the University of Texas. Jaxon followed in his brother’s footsteps and also played WR for the Longhorns. He left UT with the 3rd most receptions and 6th most career receiving yards in school history. Jaxon also played a year and half for the Arizona Cardinals. He is married and has a 19 month old son. He lives in Austin, TX and has started a performance training business called Shipley Performance.

Greater than anything he accomplished on the field, Jaxon came to know Jesus his sophomore year in college and passionately follows Jesus today. He has a passion for The Word of God and sharing Jesus with others. His love for Christ is contagious and you will definitely hear it in his voice on this episode.
