Josh Gibson is currently the Athletic Director/Head Football Coach at Pleasant Grove High School, Texarkana, TX. He coached the Hawks to a 2019 Texas Football State Championship. Josh played college football at Howard Payne University.

He is married to Jennifer and they have 2 kids.
